Cyberpark is being developed on 43.5 acres by Kerala State IT Infrastructure Ltd. which already houses the administrative office, The Park Centre that was inaugurated in 2013. "One of Kerala government's major thrust area in IT is to promote Kozhikode as the next IT destination like it has been successful with Technopark here and Infopark in Kochi," said IT Parks CEO, Hrishikesh Nair.

Basic facilities like robust infrastructure, excellent digital connectivity, in-house power distribution, 100 per cent power back up with an eco-friendly environment are all in place for companies to start operations, he said. The official said they were in the process of creating additional 6000 sq.ft of IT built-up space for startup companies as second phase development.

"We are also working on creating recreational facilities for IT employees in the park and also facilitate cloud service, wi-fi in the campus," Nair said.
