A B Infrabuild Limited has secured a contract from East Coast Railways for the construction of a road overbridge in Odisha’s Khurda Road division, the company announced in a regulatory filing recently.
The project entails building a road overbridge to replace level crossing number 334 between IPM and JPI stations on the KUR–PSA main line. The scope of work includes a 1x36 metre composite girder, 2x24 metre composite girders, 4x18.75 metre T-beam girders, along with approach roads, retaining walls, service roads, and drainage facilities.
The contract, awarded by East Coast Railways, a unit of Indian Railways, is valued at ₹48.58 crore. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months, and its terms—including performance security—will follow the tender documents, the filing stated.
