DLF to build multi-level car parks

New Delhi: DLF would develop and operate two multilevel car parking complexes for New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in the city. The car parks, to be built at Baba Kharag Singh Marg and Sarojini Nagar here, would have retail/commercial space on the ground and first floors.

An investment of Rs 150 crore would be made for Baba Kharag Singh Marg and Rs 85 crore for Sarojini Nagar project. The projects are to be commissioned before Commonwealth Games.

These projects have been offered on concession period of 30 years to DLF, said a release, adding that these projects will have retail/commercial area on ground and first floor, and car parking on the upper floors, it added. Baba Kharag Singh Marg project will have space for 1,408 cars and Sarojini Nagar Market can accommodate 824 cars.
