Interarch Building Products Targets Doubling Turnover to ₹2,500 Crore by 2028.
Interarch Building Products, a prominent player in the pre-engineered building sector, aims to double its turnover to ₹2,500 crore by 2028, according to Managing Director Arvind Nanda.
The company, which raised ₹600 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), plans to allocate the funds for capital expenditures, system enhancements, and general corporate needs. “We’re also investing in our existing three plants to increase capacity utilization,” Nanda stated.
To further expand, Interarch is constructing its fourth fully integrated facility in Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, the company has purchased land in Gujarat, where it plans to build a fifth plant, set to begin operations next year. This Gujarat land acquisition—51,926 square meters at an investment of ₹7 crore—aligns with Interarch's strategy to enhance its national presence and meet rising demand for pre-engineered buildings.
Interarch has an extensive project portfolio, with recent large-scale projects in Gujarat for clients such as Asian Paints, Timken, Micron (through Tata Projects Ltd), Asahi Glass, and MG Motors. The company currently operates four advanced manufacturing facilities located in Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh; Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu; Pantnagar, Uttarakhand; and Kichha, Uttarakhand. As of October 29, Interarch’s total order book stands at ₹1,303 crore.
