Pritika Auto Starts Production of Key Tractor Components for Global Manufacturer.

Pritika Auto Industries Ltd has officially begun commercial production of two critical tractor components—the Hydraulic Lift Housing and Axle Housing—for a prominent multinational tractor manufacturer, the company announced recently . The new order, valued at approximately ₹18 crore annually, is part of a long-term contract expected to span four to five years.

This development comes as the tractor industry demonstrates potential for growth, with one major original equipment manufacturer (OEM) projecting double-digit expansion in the second half of fiscal year 2025.

Pritika Auto, celebrating its 50th anniversary, boasts a strong client portfolio that includes leading names like Escorts Kubota, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, and CNH Industrial. Recently, the company raised capital through preferential and rights issues, securing ₹49.90 crore each from Pritika Auto Industries and its subsidiary, Pritika Engineering Components, to fund its expansion plans.

CARE Ratings has also maintained a stable credit rating for the company, affirming its financial stability. The new production order further strengthens Pritika’s position as a leading manufacturer of precision machined components in North India's automotive sector.
