Kakinada Deep Water Port to invest on dredging work worth Rs.650 Crore
Kakinada Deep Water Port is all set to invest Rs 650 crore over the next two years for deepening the entrance channel upto the depth of 16 metre from the current 14 metre, stated its chairman KV Rao. This will enable the port to increase its cargo handling capacity and also bring down the freight charges for customers who hire larger vessels
