Balh Valley irrigation project awarded to Jain Irrigation

New Delhi: Maharashtra-based Jain Irrigation has won the Rs 65 crore order of Balh Valley irrigation project in Himachal Pradesh.

The integrated project involves survey, investigation,planning, designing, supply and execution and is part of Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB)in Balh valley of Mandi district in Himachal Pradesh.

Under the project, water will be brought to the fields from off-take point of BBMB main canal using modern irrigation methods for irrigating the fields through micro irrigation systems.
