DLF Homes plans luxury project in Kochi

Kochi: DLF Homes is planning to launch a super luxury commercial-cum-residential project on a prime location in Marine Drive, Kochi, shortly. The design, amenities and facilities will craft a new dimension to the concept of luxury, Lt Gen M.G. Girish, Vice-President, DLF Homes, said in a release. Though there is a slowdown, it has not in any way posed a hurdle to the ambitious growth plans of DLF. As opposed to popular contention, DLF did not offer discounts and has maintained its competitive pricing at Rs 2,500 per sq ft, he added. With a winning trio of offerings in Kochi - New Town Heights at Kakkanad, DLF Riverside at Vytilla and the soon-to-be-announced project at Marine Drive - the company will boost the real estate scenario in Kerala, he said.
