ERRA to offer Rs 1.8-bn for rehab plan of AJK

Islamabad: The Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) would provide Rs 1.8 billion to the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) government for the implementation of the Muzaffarabad City Development Plan, a press release said on Wednesday.

Officials from the ERRA, the AJK government, and the State Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (SERRA) decided at a meeting on Friday that the sum would be spent on 81 public-service projects in the Muzaffarabad city, the statement said, adding that the money would be taken from the Presidential Relief Fund.
