Good Luck Steel Tubes opens plant.

Good Luck Steel Tubes (GLST) has opened a second manufacturing plant in India at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh,recently. The company has invested
Rs. 100 crore for the second plant and has now doubled its capacity to 60,000 tonnes a year from the previous 30,000 tonnes a year. The plant will produce steel tubes for uses in agriculture to automobiles, alloy steel flanges and transmission line towers. In the second phase of business expansion, GLST intends to do a capital expenditure of Rs. 50 crore for ramping up the capacity of structure vertical and build more transmission towers.
