Kochi firm to introduce 'own a suite’ concept

Kochi: A Kochi-based real estate firm is introducing a new concept in the healthcare sector with the offer of “own a hospital suite” in its super speciality hospital complex to be put up at Kochi.

The company, Molecule 7 Hospitals and Medical Institutions (P) Ltd, has proposed to set up a Rs 60-crore hospital complex near Info Park where investors can own a suite, which will be taken back by the company on lease.

The company had already purchased land for the project promoted by NRI investors and it will be completed in two years’ time, Mr K.S. Ramachandran, Regional Manager, said.
