KPMG Unveils New Innovation Hub in Bengaluru

Global professional services giant KPMG has expanded its innovation footprint in India with the launch of its second 'KPMG Innovation Kaleidoscope Insights Centre' in Bengaluru. The centre aims to foster collaborative efforts among KPMG teams, clients, startups, and strategic partners to tackle dynamic business challenges through innovative solutions.

This initiative marks KPMG's 29th insight centre globally and its second in India, with plans underway for another centre in Gurugram, according to Yezdi Nagporewalla, CEO of KPMG in India.

"The vision for this space is to empower clients with the tools and knowledge necessary for shaping the future," Nagporewalla stated. "We aim to facilitate the convergence of human intellect and cutting-edge technology, driving immersive learning experiences, innovation, and growth."

The Bengaluru centre showcases sector-specific solutions, leveraging AR-VR devices, tax technologies, digital solutions for ESG, and Gen AI solutions across various domains. It aims to address the digital innovation needs of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and clients across sectors, including industrial manufacturing.

Strategically located in Bengaluru, known as a prominent hub for business and technology innovation, the centre is poised to provide a unique experience, showcasing KPMG's solutions. Supreet Sachdev, office managing partner at KPMG in India's Bengaluru office, emphasized the city's digital expertise and innovative potential.

To meet the demands of the centre, KPMG has equipped its in-house teams with the necessary skills. "At this point in time, it’s mostly our internal talent," Nagporewalla commented, indicating a readiness to address any gaps through hiring as needed.
