Navigant India to set up new unit at Technopark.

Navigant, a global professional services firm, has announced the addition of a new facility in the Special Economic Zone at Technopark by its subsidiary, Navigant BPM (India).

The US-based Navigant primarily serves clients in the healthcare, energy and financial services industries with focus on markets and clients facing transformational change and significant regulatory or legal pressures.

Navigant India provides back-office business process capabilities as well as comprehensive billing and collections solutions that improve operational efficiencies and performance for its clients. It employs more than 1,600 people and currently has Indian offices in Thiruvananthapuram and Nagercoil.

The new facility announced on Tuesday is located in the ‘Ganga’ building at Phase III of the Technopark campus here, which will help expand operations in India. It is scheduled to open in April.

The expansion will provide clients with access to top global talent, process expertise, and value, said David Hampshire, leader of Navigant’s healthcare business process management and technology division.
