Neuland Laboratories Limited updates on Nanakramguda Project.

Neuland Laboratories Limited would be taking over possession of its share in the Nanakramguda Project in the completed Tower B, which is ready for occupation, upon receipt of Occupancy Certificate from the statutory authorities.

In view of the above and to adjust the costs payable to the Developer in relation to conversion of the Company's share to warm shell, the Company's share in the Project has been revised to 0.17 million sq.ft. (excluding 0.12 mn sq.ft. transferred to Developer's Nominees) with the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company.
