Panel set up for Light Metro.

The government has set up a three-member committee to reach an agreement with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the proposed Light Metro in Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode.

The high-level committee has been assigned the work of execution and allied matters, an official release recently. The Additional Chief Secretary (Finance); Secretary, Public Works Department; and the Managing Director, Kerala Rapid Transit Corporation Limited, the special purpose vehicle set up for the execution of the project, are the members.
