Srilanka to build medical city in Ambalangoda

Sri Lanka to its first Medical City in Ambalangoda in the Southern province. The project would be under taken by Airport Express Air and Rail Company Pvt Limited.

The Medical City would be in a 165 acre area where all medical facilities like hospitals, medical equipments, medical education institutes and surgicals.would be available. “There would be hospitals and all other healthcare facilities. In addition, there would be manufactures who would be turning out the medical equipment, from cotton wool to advanced scanning

They would be offered Board of Investment concessions.
