Adani Enterprises Limited has incorporated a WOS namely, Hardoi Unnao Road Private Limited ("HURPL"), on 30th December, 2021, with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, to carry out the Development, Operation, Maintenance and Management of the project - "Access Controlled Six Lane (Expandable to Eight Lane) Greenfield 'Ganga Expressway� [Group-III, from Km. 289+300 (Village: Ubariya Khurd, Distt: Hardoi) to Km. 445+000, (Village: Sarso. Distt: Unnao), Design length=155.700 Km] in the State of Uttar Pradesh on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP" and to do all necessary and incidental activities in this regard. HURPL will commence its business operations in due course.
