Adani Green Energy Ltd. allotted 700 MW Wind - Solar Hybrid Power Project.

Rosepetal Solar Energy Private Limited ("RSEPL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green Energy Limited ("AGEL") participated in a Tender issued by Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited ("AEML") for procurement of 350 MW Grid connected Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project (with a "Green Shoe option" of additional 350 MW Hybrid power project capacity).

Subsequently, AEML received necessary approval from Hon'ble Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission for award of this 700 MW Solar Wind Hybrid Capacity. Accordingly, AEML has now allotted RSEPL 700 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project under the tender.

The fixed PPA tariff for this 700 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project is Rs. 3.24/kWh for a period of 25 years with minimum CUF requirements of 50%. The Hybrid Power Project is expected to be commissioned by Q2 FY 2022.

With this, AGEL now has a total 5.99 GWac portfolio of renewable capacity in India, out of which 3.49 GWac projects are under implementation and 2.50 GWac of renewable projects are operational.
