Adani Solar Ships 15,000 MW of Modules, Powering India’s Clean Energy Push.

Adani Solar has achieved a significant milestone by shipping more than 15,000 megawatts (MW) of solar modules across domestic and international markets, marking it as the first and fastest Indian manufacturer to reach this landmark.

According to company officials, of the total shipments, 10,000 MW were supplied within India, while 5,000 MW were exported globally - equivalent to about 28 million modules, covering an area comparable to 7,500 football fields.

Notably, around 70% of these modules were manufactured using Adani’s India-made solar cells, underscoring the company’s strong contribution to the government’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.

The milestone further solidifies Adani Solar’s position as a key driver of India’s clean energy transition, aligning with the nation’s broader push toward renewable power generation and self-reliance in green technology manufacturing.
