The Board of Directors of AKI INDIA LIMITED at its Board meeting held on , Friday, 05th March, 2021 at its Registered office of the company, has considered and approved the the expansion plan of Factory Premise i.e. for construction of EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT for uninterrupted working of Factory in adherence of the laws made in this regard along with the agendas to be carried on for such expansion like acquiring land adjacent to factory premise by way of purchase.
