Allied Digital Services Limited bags Smart City Project in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Allied Digital Services Limited ("the Company") has bagged Smart City project for Rajkot (christened: Sarvottam) in consortium with lead bidder BSNL. The total cost of the project is approx. Rs. 151 crores.

The project is expected to be executed in a period of 6 months and operations and maintenance shall run for 60 months and has been budgeted under the Prime Minister's Smart Cities mission.

The Company's scope includes implementation of Smart Illegal Hawking Prevention System, Aadhaar Based Biometric Attendance System, Command & Control Center and the Data center running the applications namely Public Address System, Adaptive Traffic Control System, Intelligent Transit Management System, Smart Parking, Geographic Information System, Enterprise Resource Planning.

Commenting on the win Mr. Nitin Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company expressed his views that, "We are going to act as Master Systems Integrator to execute this project and provide O&M for 60 months."
