Amber Enterprises Unit Enters Joint Venture for Medical, Defence and Aerospace Electronics.

Amber Enterprises India Ltd has announced that its material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, has incorporated a new joint venture focused on electronics manufacturing for the medical, defence and aerospace sectors, marking the group's entry into higher-value technology segments.

In a regulatory filing, the company said IL JIN has partnered with Mumbai-based Singularity Des Electronics Private Limited to establish ILJIN Technologies Private Ltd. The joint venture was incorporated on June 4, 2026, and will serve as a dedicated platform for manufacturing electronics products catering to the medical, defence and aerospace industries.

Under the terms of the agreement, IL JIN will hold a 60 per cent stake in the new entity through 600,000 equity shares, while Singularity Des Electronics will own the remaining 40 per cent stake. IL JIN will invest ₹60 lakh towards the subscription of shares, while Singularity will contribute ₹40 lakh.

The move is expected to strengthen Amber Enterprises' presence in specialised and high-growth electronics segments, expanding beyond its existing manufacturing portfolio.
