Ashiana Housing Ltd updates on residential project Ashiana Amantran

Ashiana Housing Ltd. have launched a residential project, namely 'Ashiana Amantran' for booking (conversion of expression of interest into booking) on 12th March 2020 having a total saleable area of 8,14,320 sq.ft.

Out of the total 240 units (consisting 4,27,200 sq. ft. area) available in Phase 1 & 2 of the said project, the company has received conversion requests for 125 units (consisting 2,18,765 sq. ft. area) leading to final booking. Out of these 125 units, the company has completed the documentation, system updation (leading to final booking) for 73 units (consisting 1,26,000 sq. ft. area). However, the company could not complete the documentation, system updation (leading to final booking) for the remaining 52 units due to lockdown resulting from Corona virus outbreak. The remaining process i.e. documentation, system updation w.r.t. the remaining 52 units will be completed as soon as the current situation is normalised.
