"ATV Projects India Ltd Embarks on Development of Unused Land Parcel in Raigad, Mathura"

ATV Projects India Limited has given the green signal to proposals involving the sale, lease, or joint venture development of various land parcels and assets. The company's board has approved the sale, lease, or development in a joint venture/self-development of 75 acres of land, including immovable buildings and miscellaneous properties, along with all related assets of the TPE Plant located in Nagothane, Raigad District, Maharashtra.

In addition to the Nagothane property, the board has also sanctioned the proposal for the sale, lease, or joint venture/self-development of 2.71 acres of surplus land situated in ATV Nagar, Mathura. Furthermore, the board has approved a similar proposal for the sale, lease, or joint venture/self-development of 3.73 acres of unused/surplus land located at the rear side of the old workshop at the Mathura Plant of the Company.
