AU, ONGC agree to set up incubation centre.

Andhra University is likely to set up an incubation and skill development centre in collaboration with the ONGC.

A team of officers from the ONGC - General Managers Arbindoo Kumar and R.M. Kortesh and Director (commercial) for South Asia Debobrato Benerjee - interacted with AU Vice-Chancellor G.S.N. Raju and other officials recently.

ONGC, which has keen interest in deepwater exploration, appreciated the efforts of Andhra University in the field of petroleum and gas exploration and marine engineering. AU will provide internship in B.Tech. and M.Tech. and depute research scholars to work on deep-sea exploration technology and ONGC will provide practical skills for students and teachers in different platforms.
