"Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd Extends Timeline for Capacity Expansion"

In line with its earlier announcement about establishing a new manufacturing plant in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited has decided to extend the timeline for the addition of the proposed capacity. The Board of Directors of the company, through a Circular resolution dated December 31, 2023, has officially extended the deadline from December 31, 2023, to February 29, 2024. This extension allows for more flexibility in the timeline for the completion of the capacity expansion project in Jamshedpur.
