Bahrain flyover work on track: Abdulla Nass Contracting Company

Manama: On the BD41 million ($108.7 million) Isa Town flyover project awarded to Abdulla Nass Contracting Company.

Only 40 per cent of the work has been carried out and the remaining is due to be completed by August next year.

On the sidelines of a ceremony to release the ministry’s annual report for 2009. The ministry will honour all its contractual commitments, he stressed, ruling out deficit in the 2010 budget.

More than BD400 million has been earmarked as part of the ministry’s strategic plans to upgrade and maintain infrastructure projects, including flyovers, tunnels and road networks.
