BDL to set up 2 more units.

Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) will set up two more manufacturing facilities in the country to meet the increasing demand from the Indian armed forces. The public sector firm which already has two manufacturing bases uses many civil vendors for its products and in order to enhance the base, a meet was held recently.

Representatives from over 55 companies from civil and infrastructure sector from all over the country participated in the event. Bharat Dynamics Limited CMD V. Udaya Bhaskar inaugurated the meeting. also attended by the top brass of the company where the future needs was explained.

Deliberations were held on topics like GST, energy conservation in building code and facility management, project management, etc., and during the interactive session, doubts/clarifications raided by the participants were duly addressed by the management, a press release said.
