Bhasin Infra plans expansion in Punjab
Jalandhar: While launching its Rs 700 crore real estate project, named Rajgadh Estate in Ludhiana, Bhasin Infrastructures & Developers announced its expansion plan and said that the company would invest Rs 3,000 crore in real estate projects in Punjab over the next five years.
“After developing Rajgadh Estate in Ludhiana, we will launch other projects worth Rs 3,000 crore in Nawahshahr and Phagwara, the NRI-dominated areas”, Balraj Bhasin, chairman of the company, said.
Giving details of the on-going project of Rajgadh Estates, Bhasin said the project spread in an area of 70 acres included built-up villas and apartments of different sizes.
The company, which is part of Munish Group of Companies, a leading player in the domain of scaffolding systems, flanges, forgings and castings, with a presence in over fifteen countries all over the world, had now expanded its footprint to real estate as well, he added.
“Rajgadh Estates, with its motto of ‘Reserved for Royalty’, is the first township in North India based on the royal Rajasthani theme, and the township, approved by the Punjab Urban Development Authority, aims at providing an exclusive abode to those who desire a royal lifestyle, coupled with all the modern amenities in the lap of nature,” he said.
“The unique township, spread over an area of 125 acres, is built on the rajasthani theme in red sand stone. The entire ambience of Rajgadh Estates has been planned & landscaped by Singapore-based architects DLQ, and the theme has been planned by Gherzi Eastern Ltd, a Swiss Co Joint Venture” he added.
With a sizeable land area dedicated to the green belt, more than 1,000 trees, over one lakh ornamental plants, playgrounds, the township was the ideal place for pampering and enjoyment for every member of the family, Bhasin added.
