"BluPine Energy Secures Funding for Chhattisgarh Solar Project Through Tata Capital-Led Consortium".

BluPine Energy announced on Monday that it has successfully achieved financial closure for its 75MWp solar power project in Chhattisgarh. The project has secured a total debt sanction of Rs 239 crore ($28.6 million) through a partnership with a banking consortium led by Tata Capital.

The solar project, developed in collaboration with APL Apollo Building Products—a wholly owned subsidiary of APL Apollo Tubes—will primarily supply power to the latter. Upon completion, the plant is expected to generate approximately 117 million units (MUs) of energy annually.

BluPine Energy stated that the project would significantly contribute to environmental conservation by offsetting over 107,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions each year.
