Brigade Group Aims for ₹3,300 Crore in Home Sales from Hyderabad Mixed-Use Project.

Bengaluru-based Brigade Group has unveiled a new mixed-use development, Brigade Gateway, located in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The residential component of the project is expected to generate ₹3,300 crore in revenue, according to a company statement.

Spanning approximately 10 acres, Brigade Gateway is set to be one of Hyderabad’s most integrated lifestyle developments. The project will feature a World Trade Centre, Brigade Residences, a 300+ key Intercontinental Hotel, and a destination lifestyle mall—Brigade’s Orion Mall.

Kokapet, known as one of Hyderabad's prime micro-markets, has seen remarkable growth, with the area experiencing an 89% price appreciation in the first half of 2024, as reported by Anarock.

Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, emphasized the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community-focused developments as it expands in Hyderabad.

For the quarter ending September 30, 2024, Brigade Enterprises reported a revenue of ₹421.50 crore, reflecting a 4.1% decline year-on-year.
