Captain Polyplast bags order worth Rs. 40 crore from SSNN.

Captain Polyplast has received a work order from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam (SSNN) for laying down an Under Ground Pipeline for connecting various fields of farmers with the cannal(s) of Narmada river. The estimate value of work order is Rs. 40 crore and it expected to be completed by March 31, 2015.

The area which is to be covered are - VAT and Tharad, Banaskantha district covering an area of approximately 26,000 hectares; Dhangadhra and Chuda, Surendra Nagar district covering an area of approximately 9,159 hectares and Lakhtar, Limdi and Vadhvan, Surendra Nagar district covering an area of approximately 15,716 hectares.

Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam is a wholly owned Government of Gujarat Undertaking responsible for harnessing the river Narmada for irrigation and power generation in the Narmada basin.
