Casa Grande's new luxury project.

Casa Grande Pvt Ltd. has launched a 7-acre residential project at Perumbakkam, a developing residential suburb to the south of the Chennai.

It will offer 420 apartments of one- to three-bedroom units priced initially at Rs. 3,390 a sq ft. The apartments of 650 to 1,850 sq ft will cost between Rs. 40 lakh and Rs. 60 lakh, according to Arun Kumar, Managing Director, Casa Grande.

The project offers a wide range of amenities and is close to Sholinganallur and the IT corridor. The project is priced about Rs. 500 a sq ft lower as compared with equivalent projects in the vicinity, he said. It is a private equity backed development, he said.
