Casagrand launches LEAD project for construction skills development.

Casagrand Academy has launched first skill development project — LEAD (Learn, Enhance, Adx mhvance and Deploy) —in Coimbatore.

The project, in association with Sri Ramakrishna Mission Polytechnic College and Nachimuthu Polytechnic College, will train young talent for construction industry.

Rajeshkumar Ganesan, Senior Vice-President, Human Resource, Casagrand Builder Private Ltd, said this is a pilot which will be expanded in the coming months.

Twenty students will be trained for ninety days in civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, comprising classroom and practical training for 60 days and 30 days of on the job training. He said the entire course fee will be borne by Casagrand, which will give a stipend of Rs. 7,500 during the training period.
