Chief Minister inaugurates infrastructure projects.

Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami inaugurated various projects for the Social Welfare and Municipal Administration Departments from the Secretariat by video conference recently.

New facilities such as shops, perimeter wall, overhead water tank, stormwater drainage system and street lights set up at a cost of ₹21.70 crore for the fruit market in Madurai were inaugurated. New buildings and parks constructed in Theni, Sivaganga, Thanjavur, Namakkal, Tiruchi and Tirunelveli districts were opened.

The CM inaugurated buildings built at a cost of ₹8.65 crore at Annai Sathya Government Children’s Home in Madurai.Municipal Administration Minister S.P. Velumani, Social Welfare Minister V. Saroja, Revenue Minister R.B. Udhayakumar, Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan and senior officials also participated.
