"Clinisys Aims for Substantial 2024 Workforce Expansion with Plans to Hire Over 200 New Employees, Representing Over 50% Growth"

Clinisys, a leading provider of laboratory diagnostic solutions in healthcare and life sciences, has announced ambitious plans to hire more than 200 professionals across various disciplines in the coming year. This substantial workforce expansion aims to support the company's global network of over 3,500 lab customers and facilitate the continued growth of its operations worldwide.

Currently employing around 380 people in India, Clinisys has a strong focus on research and development (R&D), with approximately 90% of its Indian workforce dedicated to these efforts. Michael Simpson, CEO of Clinisys, emphasized the crucial role played by the Indian team, stating, "Our team in India in August has about 380 people; they currently support and build everything for our customers in 36 other countries. Today, we serve over 4,000 laboratories in all these different countries."

To drive its expansion plans in India, Clinisys has appointed Karthik Reddy as the new Vice President of Clinisys India. Reddy, previously a senior healthcare technology, product, and operations leader in North America, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery efficiencies, foster local lab expertise, drive innovation, and improve customer support response time.

Karthik Reddy, VP of Clinisys India, outlined the organization's commitment to talent development, stating, "As an organization, we will continue to invest in expanding our workforce in India and nurture our tech talent by providing the right opportunities. Our talent acquisition strategy will pursue a balanced mix of freshers and experienced professionals, meaning we will be recruiting 40% freshers, and the remaining 60% positions will be for experienced and senior roles with a proven technology background." This strategic approach aims to ensure a diverse and skilled team to drive Clinisys's growth in the evolving healthcare and life sciences landscape.
