The MoU signing ceremony took place on January 3 at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and was attended by Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel, along with other ministers and senior officials from the state government. This event was a part of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, scheduled to occur from January 10 to 12, 2024, at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
DCM Shriram's current operations include significant Chlor Alkali facilities in Bharuch, Gujarat. The company's strategic focus involves augmenting existing capacities and diversifying its Chlor-Alkali portfolio with the addition of new products, according to the release. This substantial investment reaffirms DCM Shriram's commitment to expanding its presence and contributing to the chemical and petrochemical manufacturing landscape in Gujarat.
