Dynamatic Technologies Ltd. to hand back manufacturing facilities at Ojhar to HAL.

Dynamatic Technologies Ltd. has successfully completed its long-term project for manufacturing and supplying Assembly Structures, which were part of empennages of SU30MKI, that were supplied to Indian Air Force from HAL - Ojhar, Nashik Divison.

The manufacturing facilities will be handed back to HAL after completion of necessary formalities. The said unit's operations are insignificant and does not have any material and adverse effect on the overall operations of the Company.
