Dynamic Cables Limited board approves expansion plan.

The Board of Directors of Dynamic Cables Limited at their meeting held recently i.e Saturday, September 09, 2023 has considered and approved the expansion plan of the Plant situated at A-129, A-129A, A-130, SKS Industrial Area, Reengus, Tehsil Shree Madhopur, Distt.,Sikar-332404, Rajasthan.

The board also approved purchase of land ad measuring 25091.00 sq. meters from Shiv Kripa Pipes Private Limited (Related Party of the Company) situated at Plot No A-129, A-129A, A-130 SKS Industrial Area, Reengus, District Sikar (Rajasthan).

The proposed expansion at its Reengus plant will increase the annual capacity by up to 5,000 KMS of cables and speciality conductors depending upon their specifications.
