The new facility has the capacity to accommodate approximately 650 employees across two shifts, further solidifying Fusion CX's presence in India.

This inauguration comes closely on the heels of the recent launch of its Navi Mumbai facility, showcasing the company's rapid growth and commitment to enhancing its operational footprint.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Chennai facility offers a comprehensive suite of services, including multilingual, omnichannel customer experience management, technical support, and back-office operations. These services cater to a diverse range of industries such as healthcare, BFSI, hi-tech, retail, and utilities, as outlined in a press release issued by the company.

In alignment with its expansion plans, Fusion CX has already onboarded 150 employees for the Chennai facility. The company aims to bolster its workforce further by hiring an additional 500 employees by mid-June. With this expansion drive, Fusion CX is poised to surpass the milestone of employing over 10,000 professionals across India by June, underscoring its continued growth trajectory and commitment to delivering excellence in BPM and CX solutions.
