Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) announced a significant achievement as it successfully sold inventory exceeding ~1.3 million square feet, valued at over INR 2,600 crore, during the launch of its project, Godrej Aristocrat. The project is strategically located in Sector 49 on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. This milestone marks Godrej Properties' most successful launch in terms of sales value, surpassing the previous record set at Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida last quarter, which achieved sales worth over INR 2,000 crore.

Situated on Golf Course Extension Road, a well-established residential location in Gurugram, Godrej Aristocrat provides access to premium social infrastructure and is in proximity to established commercial establishments on Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Sohna Road.
