"Godrej Properties Ltd Announces Launch of 1st Phase of North Bengaluru Township Project in Upcoming Financial Year"

Godrej Properties Limited has finalized agreements to embark on a township project spanning 62 acres in North Bengaluru. The venture will operate under a profit-sharing model and is projected to offer approximately 5.6 million square feet of saleable area, with an estimated booking value of around INR 5,000 crore.

Although the company initially acquired the land, including the 62-acre parcel, in 2014, the commencement of development was delayed. However, recent developments have led to the realization of this significant opportunity. Godrej Properties now anticipates launching the initial phase of development on this land during the forthcoming financial year.
