GRE Renew Enertech Secures 75 MWp EPC Orders Worth ₹224 Crore Amid Solar Expansion.

GRE Renew Enertech Secures 75 MWp EPC Orders Worth ₹224 Crore Amid Solar Expansion.

GRE Renew Enertech Limited has crossed the milestone of 100 MWp in cumulative solar installations, with its consolidated active order book reaching approximately 75 MWp valued at around ₹224 crore, the company said.

The renewable energy company said the growth reflects accelerated momentum in its solar business, driven by new project wins during the first quarter of FY26-27 and an expanding portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects.

GRE has also commissioned a 7.20 MW (AC)/9.678 MW (DC) ground-mounted solar power plant under the RESCO (OPEX) model. The project was among the key objectives outlined during the company’s initial public offering (IPO) completed in January this year.

A major addition to the company’s order pipeline is a ₹175 crore turnkey contract secured from Solarium

Green Energy Limited for a 50 MW AC/65 MW DC utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV project in Maharashtra. GRE said the value of this single contract exceeds its consolidated revenue from operations of ₹122.9 crore reported for FY25-26, highlighting its shift towards larger and higher-value projects.

The company recently secured another ₹17.75 crore solar EPC contract, taking its cumulative EPC order book to 75 MWp worth approximately ₹224 crore as of the end of the first quarter of the financial year.

Commenting on the developments, Kamlesh Patel, Managing Director, GRE Renew Enertech Limited, said the recent order wins mark an important milestone in the company’s expansion in the utility-scale solar segment. He added that the order book value surpassing the previous year’s consolidated revenue reflects customer confidence in GRE’s execution capabilities.

On a consolidated basis, GRE reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹13.6 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, registering a three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 147%.

The company operates across EPC (CAPEX) and RESCO (OPEX) models, serving industrial, commercial and government customers through captive and non-captive projects. While the EPC model generates revenue through project execution and operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts, the RESCO model focuses on long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) to create recurring revenue streams.

GRE said it will continue to prioritise the use of domestic solar modules and inverters across its project pipeline to support local clean energy supply chains.
