Hallmark group to launch residential project near Chennai.

Hallmark group is launching Emerald, an 860 apartment property on the GST Road. The property – Hallmark Emerald - spread across 6.82 acres with a residential area of 9 lakh sq ft is located opposite to Mahindra World City.

Hallmark Emerald will have 1 BHK and 2 BHK ranging from Rs. 28 lakh onwards. The company expects to earn around Rs.450 crore from the project, according to a press release.

Hallmark group has tied with companies for apartment rentals, which would assure rental income for home buyers. There is a special launch offer of ‘no pre-EMI’ till the buyer gets the possession and pay Rs. 2 lakh for booking the apartment.

Delivery of the projects starts from December 2015 with nearly 40 per cent of construction already completed, the release said.
