Hiranandani-Krisala Developers Launches 105-Acre Integrated Township in Hinjewadi, Pune.

Hiranandani-Krisala Developers have announced the launch of a 105-acre integrated township in North Hinjewadi, Pune, under the Integrated Township Policy. The project will feature residential, commercial, and retail spaces, catering to a wide range of homebuyers and investors.

Phase I of the development spans 30 acres and is expected to deliver at least 3 million sq ft of real estate. With an estimated investment of ₹500 crore, the phase is projected to generate a turnover of ₹2,100 crore. It will include apartments, villa plots, branded residences, and recreational amenities to enhance the overall living experience.

The partnership leverages Krisala Developers’ local expertise and the Hiranandani Group’s extensive brand experience to ensure seamless execution, from land approvals to construction.
