Housing board OKs 2 new housing projects in Lucknow.

The UP Housing and Development Board is bringing two new multistoried housing projects in the city. Besides, one would come up in Kanpur. The Board met recently to give administrative and financial nod to the projects.

These include Ganga Enclave in Kanpur's Dr. Ambedkarpuram Yojna-III and 2 BHK and 3BHK flats in Kailash Enclave of sector-18 in Vrindavan Yojna-IV on Rae Bareli Road.

The Ganga Enclave will have 274 flats while Lucknow's Vrindavan Yojna will have 688 2BHK flats and 576 3BHK flats. The board has also given approval for setting up SP government's dream project 'Awadh Shilp Gram' in about 25 acres of land in Awadh Vihar Yojna of Housing Board on Sultanpur Road. The town will have shops, exhibition centres and fairs for various craftsmen and skilled people.
