The Board of Directors of Huhtamaki India Limited at their meeting held on Friday, 22nd July 2022 gave their in-principle approval for exploring the possibility of monetizing the Company's freehold land and building situated at Majiwade, Thane, Maharashtra, subject to necessary formalities being completed.
