Ascent is recognized for producing Single Sided, Double Sided, Multi-Layered, and RF PCBs, with a global footprint through exports.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Ascent will transition into a subsidiary of IL JIN and a Step Down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India Limited, the parent company. Both Amber and Ascent are prominent players in their respective segments, and the acquisition aims to harness their collective technical expertise and customer reach.
