Indiabulls Real Estate gets environment nod from Maharashtra govt.

Indiabulls Real Estate has received the first-level environment clearance from the Maharashtra government for its proposed ₹678-crore residential project in Thane. The company is planning a residential complex on the plot. In November 2014, the company had acquired the 7.2-acre plot at Pokhran road in Thane from Voltas for ₹236 crore. According to the company’s proposal, the project will have 1,469 flats for sale, of which 774 flats will be under the affordable housing segment. Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate ended up 1.98 per cent at ₹54 on the NSE.
