Indore: New industrial sector to come up on 75 acre.

Industrial Development Corporation, Indore's general manager RK Bhanwar interacted with industrialists in a meeting recently at Utsav Hotel and informed that the preparations for setting up a new industrial sector in Rehata had begun with the efforts of women and child development minister Archana Chitnis.

He said 75 acres of land had been selected for the same as well as for promoting businesses in the town. Around 200 entrepreneurs of the town participated in the meeting where Bhanwar also informed that in order to establish businesses, the prescribed fee along with 'Express to Investor' application needed to be filled.

A five-member team left for Indonesia recently to study the programmes relevant to women’s livelihood under the leadership of women and child development minister Archana Chitnis. The four-day tour will help in policy-making of the challenging task taken up by the government for increasing group-based livelihood activities in a time-bound approach to attain quick results.
